Sports day 1961-62

It's sports day, probably 1961, maybe 1962. The main events included the egg-and-spoon race, the three-legged race and the blue ribbon (ribband?) event for the elite athletes .... the championship sack race. This looks like Charles Milne winning with Pete Blackman behind him in the same lane.
